FOUNDER & MANAGING DIRECTOR

Cherie grew up in Northwestern PA but moved to Florida to get her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting at Flagler College. A few short years after graduating Cherie endured a fast track Master’s Degree in Business Administration at the University of Phoenix while working full-time. Her early years consisted of general accounting/bookkeeping and auditing. In 2012, Cherie was hired by a (then) small insurance company and after 4.5 years she had hired and managed a full accounting department.

Setting her sights on a new adventure, she moved to Pittsburgh in 2016 and spent several years working at a CPA firm as a Small Business Consultant. This role led her to pursue her passion by founding Accounting Done Right in 2020. While growing her business, she worked as a CFO for 20+ entities where she managed an extremely tight cash flow, presented at board of director’s meetings and was part of Accounting, HR and Operations. Over her 19 years in the accounting world she gained experience in many industries including insurance, construction, entertainment, real estate, medical, health & beauty and food & beverage.

Cherie resides in a small town in Northwestern PA but has clients ranging from Pittsburgh to Erie. She enjoys horseback trail rides at her family’s homestead, she has a love of travel and you will always catch her at live music events and concerts. Cherie is a dedicated Pittsburgh Steelers, Penguins and Pirates fan. You will also find her cheering for her nieces and nephews at after school activities or backyard games. She adores time spent with her family, friends and her dog, Maggie.

Cherie is excited to continue her passion of being part of her client’s growth by providing the services they need at a reasonable cost. She is proud to offer expertise in areas ranging from bookkeeping and Financial Statements to budgets and cash flow management.

ACCOUNTING MANAGER

Sarah received her Associates in Accounting in 2021 while being a single mom. Her early years were spent as a General Manager in the restaurant industry where she conquered multiple responsibilities in a fast paced environment. Sarah always finds ways to improve processes and procedures while providing superior service recording transactions and helping with general accounting processes.

Sarah enjoys taking her pup, Oreo, on walks and spoiling her 7 year old, Ezra. She is excited to continue expanding her accounting knowledge and experience by working with clients across all industries.
